In order to deliver government services efficiently to citizens and legal entities, the operators of the Authority for Public digital service have been trained.
58 postal service employees of 29 branches which are operating in Ulaanbaatar and 10 employees of Capital city division of "Mongolian Post" stock company participated in the training from February 15 to February 17, 2023. Also 5 employees of the Authority for Public digital service and 7 heads of division of local Authority for Public digital service participated on February 27, respectively.
The following content was included in the training that is to deliver public services quickly and easily to citizens and legal entities through the integrated system of public services (operator.e-mongolia). It includes:
- MNS 6984:2022 on service standards
- Information security
- Law on Public Information and related regulations
- Law on Protection of personal information and related regulations
- The practice of providing services through the integrated public service system
