E-Mongolia Academy
E-Mongolia Academy - A state owned enterprise was established in according to the Resolution
#283 of Government of Mongolia and the operation has been started since January 2022.
Mission
In order to become “E-Nation”, to implement comprehensive measures for supporting the e-transition of the government and digitalizing the government services and activities by introducing advanced technologies and international best practices.

“И-Монгол академи” нь төрийн цахим шилжилтийг дэмжиж, төрийн үйлчилгээ, үйл ажиллагааг цахимжуулах талаар судалгаа хийх, мэдээллийн технологийн бүтээгдэхүүн, үйлчилгээг хөгжүүлэх, хэвийн үйл ажиллагааг хангах, мэдээллийн технологийн чиглэлээр сургалт зохион байгуулах, зөвлөх үйлчилгээ үзүүлэх, Засгийн газрын “Иргэд, олон нийттэй харилцах-1111” төвийн үйл ажиллагааг удирдан зохион байгуулах үндсэн чиг үүрэгтэй байна.

- Төрөөс баримтлах бодлого, чиглэл, шийдвэр, төрийн байгууллагын захиалгын дагуу мэдээллийн систем, программ хангамжийг хөгжүүлэх.
- Төр, хувийн хэвшлийн дундын мэдээлэл солилцооны систем (ХУР), түүнийг дэмжих дэд системүүдийг зохион байгуулах, хөгжүүлэх.

Within the scope of this policy, the “E-Mongolia Academy” will accelerate the digital transformation of government by establishing preventive and control measures within the Integrated Management System to mitigate potential risks. We will develop core and supporting systems securely, ensuring continuous and reliable operations, enhancing the digital skills of the public, and delivering government services electronically to individuals and legal entities . Our efforts will be grounded in technological advancements and a skilled workforce, and we will strictly adhere to the laws and regulations currently in force in Mongolia.
