Applications for the “Student Soldier Preliminary Registration” military specialization training program have been accepted through the unified government service platform E-Mongolia since 09:00 on March 1, 2026. As of today, 2,937 students nationwide have submitted their applications.
The registration period will officially close at 23:59 on March 10, 2026. Students are therefore encouraged to complete their registration before the deadline.
To participate in the program, applicants must meet the following requirements: be a first-, second-, or third-year student at an accredited university or college in Mongolia, have a GPA above 2.8 during the first semester of the current academic year, be at least 18 years old before June 15, 2026, have paid health insurance contributions during the previous year.
To apply, students must log into the E-Mongolia system using their personal account, search for “Student Soldier Preliminary Registration” under the “Services” menu and click the “Receive Service” button. If the applicant meets the eligibility requirements, a confirmation message indicating successful submission will appear in the “Results” section, and the application status can be monitored through the “Notifications” section.
The Ministry of Defense of Mongolia will review and process applications between March 11 and March 17, 2026. Results will be delivered through both email and the E-Mongolia system. Students who successfully complete the training program will be registered as first-class mobilization reserve personnel.
