The national passport is a key document that certifies your citizenship and allows you to travel abroad. Not long ago, citizens had to endure long queues and heavy workloads at the General Authority for State Registration when applying for a passport every year. However, with the digitalization of the passport reordering service, it has created numerous advantages, such as saving citizens' time, reducing workload, and cutting down on costs and time spent. Since the digitalization of this service, a total of 10,627 passport reorder requests have been made.
Mongolia issues three types of passports: ordinary, official, and diplomatic. Currently, the E-Mongolia system has digitized the service for reordering ordinary passports.
