Previously, citizens had to visit schools in person and prepare paperwork to obtain education-related verifications and certificates, but now using the E-Mongolia system, it is possible to access educational services anytime, from anywhere. By digitizing these services, citizens are saving time and costs, making services more accessible and convenient.
Currently, citizens can obtain the following 6 types of education-related information electronically through the E-Mongolia system. Education references available through the E-Mongolia system:
- Basic education certificate
- Secondary education certificate
- Diploma reference for university or higher education graduates
- Reference confirming current study at an educational institution
- Transcript of national exam results from general education schools
- General Entrance Exam (GEE)
To obtain these services, log in to the E-Mongolia website or mobile app using your account, select the “Education” section, enter the service name and receive it directly.
