The Training, Assessment, and Research Institute of Labor and Social Protection has officially approved a training program to enhance the public digital skills of the “E-Mongolia” Experts and trainers from the Department of Training and Public Relations participated in a 14-hour training course organized by the Labor and Social Protection Training School (The Training, Assessment, and Research Institute of Labor and Social Protection) under the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Protection. The training is aimed at improving the teaching methods and methods of the trainers, and all officials who have successfully participated are entitled to receive individual training.

Get the citizen’s border crossing certificate more easily from the E-Mongolia system
The border crossing certificate is required in the following situations:
- To complete visa application materials;
- For military enlistment-related documents to be submitted to Military Headquarters in the capital, provinces, or districts.
Previously, citizens had to log into the system, submit a request, and wait for a response within a certain time frame, but now it is possible to get service directly through the E-Mongolia system, without any delay.

The meeting was organized with the Office of the capital governor to increase the accessibility and convenience of public service
The "E-Mongolia Academy" is organizing a series of meetings in 2025 to strengthen cooperation between government and non-governmental organizations, focusing on improving the quality of products and services and increasing the accessibility and convenience of public services. As part of this initiative, on March 26, 2025, a meeting was held between officials and heads of the Office of the Capital Governor to exchange ideas and suggestions. As of today, a total of 1,264 services from 88 organizations have been integrated into the E-Mongolia system. Of these, 173 services (14%) are provided by organizations in the Capital City. All 173 services follow a two-step process, with 77 being paid services and 96 being free services.

Requests to close infringing websites are now accepted through the E-Mongolia system
The “E-Mongolia Academy” has digitalized the process of submitting requests to close infringing websites in cooperation with the Cybercrime division of the Criminal Police Service of the National Police Agency (NPA) and Communications Regulatory Comission of Mongolia, as part of its efforts to support digital transformation, reduce the workload of police agencies, and provide citizens with more convenient and efficient services, aiming to prevent crimes.
This service receives information about infringing websites submitted by citizens, and it will be closed if the website is deemed to be contradictory.

It is now possible to obtain inquiries about the ownership and transfer of real estate by a legal entity from the E-Business system
In cooperation with the State registration of legal entities of the General Authority for State Registration, the “E-Mongolia Academy” has resolved and digitized inquiries into the real estate of legal entities and inquiries into the ownership and transfer of real estate, in accordance with citizens' requests.

It is now possible to obtain inquiries, certificates, and copies of orders from the Special Archive of the GEACD through the E-Mongolia system
As part of the goal to improve the digitization of enforcement operation information and develop the system through the unified public service platform /E-Mongolia/, services such as the Special Archive-Extract, Special Archive-Certificate, and copies of Orders from the General Executive Agency of Court Decision (GEACD) have been digitized

It is now possible to submit a request for a letter of support for foreign teachers and specialists to work and reside in Mongolia through the E-Business system
Educational institutions have been provided the opportunity to digitally obtain a letter of support for employing foreign nationals as teachers through the E-Business system, in collaboration with the “E-Mongolia Academy” and the “Ministry of Education”. This service is a document issued by an educational institution or a legal entity confirming that an individual will be employed by the organization for the purpose of obtaining a visa.

"E-Mongolia Academy" will cooperate with the National Forensic Agency of Mongolia
Today, on March 27, 2025, the heads and employees of the "E-Mongolia Academy" and the National Forensic Agency of Mongolia exchanged ideas on future collaboration. The meeting involved discussions on introducing the services provided by the National Forensic Agency of Mongolia into the E-Mongolia system of public services, enhancing the digital skills of officials, including training and international programs to build the capacity of information technology human resources. Furthermore, both parties agreed to explore new opportunities related to digital transformation and expand their cooperation in research, analysis, and development.
