As of early 2025, the E-Mongolia system has made 1,264 services from 88 organizations available for public access. In line with efforts to accelerate digital transformation, local government entities have successfully undertaken the digitalization of services within the E-Mongolia platform.
In the context of promoting digital transformation, the aimags of Khentii, Dornogovi, and Khovsgol are leading in terms of the number of digitized government services.
Specifically:
- In Khentii, 80% of the population is registered on the E-Mongolia system, and 78 services have been digitized. Citizens have utilized digital services 1.3 million times.
- In Dornogovi, 78 services have also been digitized, with 85% of the population registered on the E-Mongolia system. A total of 1.4 million digital services have been accessed.
- In Khovsgol, 75 services have been digitized, with 75% of the population registered in the system. The residents of this aimag have successfully utilized digital services 1.9 million times.
