Working group of E-Mongolia Academy has worked in Tuv province from March 30 to March 31, 2023.
The civil servants of Tuv province were provided with professional methods and training that for using the internal operation system of public organizationshttps://erp.e-mongolia.mn/ and it aims to improve the ability to use the system.
The traning has the following content and instructions:
- Human Resource Management module;
- Module of the official documentation;
- Connect the digital signature system;
- Use the complaint module;
- Use the tasks module;
- Use the time registration module;
- Use the work planning module.
As a result of this training, civil servants of the Tuv Province are able to use the ERP system for human resource management, time registration, work planning and monitoring the fulfillment of tasks.
Within the framework of the "E-Nation" policy that is approved by the Government of Mongolia, a unified management system for the internal operations of government organizations is introducing and implementing in all public organizations of the Tuv Province.
