A meeting was held with the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Protection and its affiliate organization. The meeting discussed important issues such as improving the quality and accessibility of services, providing timely information to citizens, and promoting government services. In addition, some services need to be improved and digitized for targed groups, especially the elderly and citizens with disability, who have difficulty accessing e-government services.

A meeting was held with the General Department of Labor and Welfare Services. 28 services out of a total of 72 services provided to citizens by the General Department of Labor and Welfare Services are currently connected to the E-Mongolia public system of government services. Citizens received 982,773 online services. The Parties discussed the issue of further providing the services such as E-halamj and E-job platforms to citizens through the E-Mongolia system. At the end of the meeting, B. Myagmarnaran, Director of “E-Mongolia Academy” emphasized to organize the meetings in further to strengthen cooperation and support the provision of public services to citizens in a more accessible and convenient way.

Center of Health Development inquiries have been updated. Center of Health Development’s inquiries such as “Healthcare Professional Qualification” and “Medical Professional License” have been updated in E-Mongolia system. Previously, information about a medical professional's most recent valid degree and license was provided, but now it is possible to view the history of all degrees and licenses at any time.

Citizens can choose one of the following three options to receive their dividends from 1,072 shares of Erdenes Tavantolgoi JSC (ETT): Cash, Savings Fund, or Donation. Voting will be accepted through the E-Mongolia system until February 26. During this period, you can revise your choice. If no proposal is submitted, the dividend will be automatically transferred to your bank account.

Exchange rate information from the Bank of Mongolia is now available. Citizens and entrepreneurs can directly access the exchange rate details announced by the Bank of Mongolia through the E-Mongolia System. This new service provides users with quick and easy access to exchange rates, making daily transactions and payments more efficient.
