Choose how to receive your remaining dividends from the 1,072 shares through the E-Mongolia system

“Erdenes Tavan Tolgoi” JSC distributed dividends of 104,000 MNT per citizen from the 2022 net profit and 256,000 MNT from the 2023 net profit to shareholders holding 1,072 shares. A decision has now been made to distribute 350,000 MNT in dividends from the 2024 net profit and a referendum has begun on how to accept it.
As of now, 141,979 people have made their choices, with 95.8% opting to receive the payment in “cash”. The survey will be open for responses from April 4th to April 9th, 2025, during the survey the participants can edit or change their selections. After the survey closes, from April 10th to April 16th, the choices provided will be validated based on the submitted responses.
This survey is about how to receive the remaining dividend of ₮87.22 per share (after tax) from “Erdenes Tavan Tolgoi” JSC’s 2024 earnings on citizen-owned shares.
For example, if you hold 1,072 shares, the remaining dividend to receive is ₮93,499.8.
By accessing the E-Mongolia portal and navigating to your profile section, then selecting the “Stock menu”, you will be able to see an information about all the shares you own, the securities company where your account is registered, and details on when and to which commercial bank account you received your dividends.
How to submit your choice for receiving the remaining dividends from “Erdenes Tavan Tolgoi” JSC shares?
If you choose to have your dividend income deposited into your personal account within the “Savings Fund” of the “Chinggis Fund”, you will have the opportunity to use those funds in the future for purposes such as purchasing housing, or accessing services related to health and education."
If you choose the “Donate” option, your dividends from “Erdenes Tavan Tolgoi” JSC will be accumulated in the “Development Fund” of the “Chinggis Fund” and will become a source of financing for the infrastructure of the Capital. The results will be transparently reported to you.
