One of the most widely discussed issues in Mongolia’s labor market in recent years has been the accessibility and quality of job information. Job seekers often struggle with unreliable advertisements, inactive job postings, and duplicate information, while organizations frequently face delays in recruitment and difficulties finding suitable candidates.
To connect employers and job seekers and support employment opportunities for citizens, the E-Mongolia Academy and Zangia Portal jointly upgraded the “Job Opportunities” section of the E-Mongolia system into a more accessible and integrated platform. The goal of the update is to provide centralized access to open job vacancies and enable users to submit job applications through multiple channels.
As part of the update, citizens can now directly view more than 20,000 active job postings from both the public and private sectors published on the Zangia.mn platform through the “Job Opportunities” section of the E-Mongolia web portal and mobile application.
By selecting the “Job Opportunities” menu, users can:
- View job listings using filters
- Easily find jobs that match their profession, location, and experience
- Directly apply for selected positions
The updated “Job Opportunities” section provides access to verified and active job postings from a single source, while displaying public and private sector vacancies in a transparent and centralized manner. As a result, citizens no longer need to search through multiple websites and social media job groups, saving both time and expenses. This update is expected to serve as a practical solution for supporting employment, especially for recent graduates, individuals seeking career changes, and citizens searching for jobs from rural areas.
