The “E-Mongolia Academy”, in collaboration with the Ministry of Road and Transport and its affiliated agencies, is focusing not just on increasing the number of digital services, but on improving their quality and accessibility. Efforts are being made to make government services easier and more accessible for citizens, and to deliver information through multiple channels. A series of coordinated meetings have been organized, resulting in concrete plans to ensure the effective implementation of these initiatives.
Today (2025.05.06), a discussion was held with media and communications officers from the Ministry of Road and Transport, the National Road Transport Center, and affiliated agencies to exchange views and specific issues.
Currently, among the services provided digitally through the E-Mongolia platform by the Ministry of Road and Transport and its affiliated organizations, the most frequently accessed services include:
- Information on vehicle fines has been accessed 2,292,513 times,
- Notifications of intercity road tolls have reached 4,685,647 views, clearly demonstrating the high demand for digital services among citizens.
Going forward, efforts will continue to introduce new, high-demand services into the system, and to make the process of accessing digital services more user-friendly and understandable. At the same time, the organizations will continue working together to offer services that meet public expectations.
