The “E-MongoliaAcademy” continues to systematically organize training and educational activities to enhance the knowledge and skills of its employees. As part of these efforts, a casual meeting was held on April 17, 2025, featuring Kh. Khatanbaatar, the founder of the Mongolian Intellectual Academy, as a guest speaker.
Kh. Khatanbaatar founded the Mongolian Intellectual Academy in 2009, he is one of the leading young social influencers promoting personal development through intellectual sports, research, and education. Since its establishment, the Academy has opened a total of 40 branch offices in Mongolia and internationally. Athletes have won 1,468 medals from 68 international competitions and currently hold multiple Guinness and world records.
During the informal meeting, a presentation was given on the topic “The Skill of Learning Quickly.” The discussion covered factors that influence fast learning, global best practices, and the benefits of individuals acquiring the ability to learn quickly. Participants engaged in an open exchange of thoughts and ideas throughout the session.
Kh. Khatanbaatar, founder of the Mongolian Intellectual Academy, addressed the young people leading the path of digital development. He emphasized the importance of focusing on personal development, adapting to the rapidly changing era of transformation, and continuously seeking opportunities to lead, learn, and grow.
