The "E-Mongolia Academy" is organizing a series of meetings in 2025 to strengthen cooperation between government and non-governmental organizations, focusing on improving the quality of products and services, and increasing the accessibility and convenience of public services. As part of this initiative, on March 26, 2025, a meeting was held between officials and Heads of the Office of the Capital Governor to exchange ideas and suggestions.
The meeting was attended by B.Myagmarnaran, Director of the “E-Mongolia Academy”, N.Turbat, Head of the Training and Public Relations Department, G.Unurtsetseg, Head of the International Relations and Cooperation Department of the “E-Mongolia Academy”, E.Nasanbat, Head of the Technology System Development Division of the Office of the Capital Governor, Senior specialist S.Altanzul and other relevant officials.
As of today, a total of 1,264 services from 88 organizations have been integrated into the E-Mongolia system. Of these, 173 services (14%) are provided by organizations in the Capital City. All 173 services follow a two-step process, with 77 being paid services and 96 being free services.
Therefore, today's meeting emphasized collaboration to improve the public services provided by the capital, to make them more accessible and efficient for citizens, to redesign and reduce the procedural steps, enhance the capabilities of officials who receive and make decisions on public service requests, research and create opportunities to simplify two-step services for citizens.
