Initial applications for military student registration are being accepted through the E-Mongolia system starting from March 1, and as of today, 1,846 students have submitted their applications. It has been extended until 17:00 on March 14, 2025, and students can register through the E-Mongolia system.
For registration log in to the E-Mongolia system, search for “Military Student Registration” in the “Services” menu, and click the “Get Service” button. If requirements have been fulfilled, a notification of successful receipt will appear in the “Results” window, and the progress of the request can be monitored in the “Notifications” section.
The Requirements:
- 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year student at an accredited university or college operating throughout Mongolia;
- Grade point average (GPA) 2.8 or higher;
- Must be 18 years old before June 15, 2025;
- Health Insurance must have been paid.
The military training program is organized in a short term with intensive manner, in accordance with the revised “Regulations for Granting Military Education to Student Soldiers” approved by the Resolution No. 32 of Mongolian Government, dated January 25, 2017.
Training plan:
- General Military Training: The training will be held during outside of school hours (weekends) from April 1 to June 1, 2025.
- Military Professional Training: This training will be held from June 15 to August 15, 2025, at the National Defense University and training centers of military units and branches.
