Twenty-eight services out of a total of seventy-two services provided to citizens by the General Department of Labor and Welfare Services connected to the E-Mongolia system of government services. Citizens have received a total of 982,773 services digitally.
To strengthen cooperation between government and non-government organizations in 2025, “E-Mongolia Academy’ organized a series of meetings including meeting with the General Department of Labor and Welfare Services /2025.02.19/ to enhance government services accessibility and convenience for citizens.
The meeting was attended by B. Myagmarnaran, Director of E-Mongolia Academy; B. Turbat, Head of the Department of Training and Public Relations, along with relevant experts; Z. Enkhbold, Head of the General Department of Labor and Welfare Services under the implementing agency of the Government; and D. Davaajargal, Head of the Information Technology Center.
The Parties discussed the issue of further providing the services such as E-halamj and E-job platforms to citizens through the E-Mongolia system. Also exchanged views on cooperation to digitize non-digital services and to promptly deliver news and information to citizens who have difficulty using digital services. At the end of the meeting, B. Myagmarnaran, Director of “E-Mongolia Academy” emphasized to organize the meetings in further to strengthen cooperation and support the provision of public services to citizens in a more accessible and convenient way.
