As of now, the E-Mongolia system developed by "E-Mongolia Academy" state owned enterprise has successfully digitized 1,264 services from 88 different organizations. However, research has revealed that some services are not widely known, rarely utilized, or are underused by citizens. In response, meetings have been initiated to strengthen collaboration with the responsible state agencies to address these issues. On February 17, 2025, a meeting was held with the leadership, IT, and media specialists of the Ministry of Family, Labor, and Social Protection and its affiliated organizations.
The meeting focused on crucial topics such as improving the quality and accessibility of services, delivering timely information to citizens, and enhancing the promotion of government services. A significant point raised was the challenge faced by vulnerable groups, especially the elderly and people with special needs, due to insufficient digital literacy, which hinders their access to services. It was emphasized that certain services must be further improved and digitized to better serve these groups.
To date, the most frequently accessed service within the Ministry of Family, Labor, and Social Protection's E-Mongolia system is the social insurance contribution certificate, which has been retrieved 15,521,578 times, demonstrating the high demand for digital services. Going forward, the Ministry and its affiliated organizations are committed to collaborating on adding more essential services to the E-Mongolia system, ensuring that these services are more accessible, user-friendly, and easier to understand.
