In 2025, the "E-Mongolia Academy" state owned enterprise, has been proactively organizing a series of meetings aimed at strengthening collaboration between government and non-governmental organizations. These initiatives are designed to enhance the accessibility and efficiency of government services for citizens.
This meeting involved representatives from the Ministry of Roads and Transport, along with its affiliated organizations, including the National Transport Center, the Transport Development Center, and the Maritime Administration of Mongolia, as well as officials from the "E-Mongolia Academy" state owned enterprise. The discussions centered on improving the quality and accessibility of government services and fostering stronger cooperation between public and private entities.
Currently, the Ministry of Roads and Transport and its five affiliated organizations offer 27 services through the unified E-Mongolia system. Of these, four services are accessible via dual links, while two services are delivered through a notification system. These mechanisms play a key role in providing citizens with quicker and more convenient access to government services electronically.
Notably, among the most accessed services are traffic fine information, which has been accessed 2,952,156 times, and notifications regarding intercity road tolls, which have reached 4,685,647 instances. These figures demonstrate the high demand for the E-Mongolia system’s services.
Looking forward, the Ministry of Roads and Transport, together with its affiliated organizations, plans to expand the system by adding more high-demand services. Additionally, they will focus on simplifying and streamlining the process of accessing services. Collaborating on the development of new services that align with citizens' needs and expectations for 2025 will also be a priority.
