The number of civil servant's accounts for 6.67% of Mongolia's total population and 18.2% of the total workforce. According to the consolidated data for 2023, 4,239 organizations and 226,496 civil servants have been registered, reflecting an increase of 1,291 civil servants, or 0.6%, compared to the same period last year.
In collaboration with the Public Service Council, “E-Mongolia Academy” state owned enterprise, has digitized three essential services for civil servants.
These services include:
- Reference regarding success in the civil service exam and reference in the resource (This reference indicates whether a person is not registered in the resource, meaning they are not officially listed)
- Civil servant salary reference
- References for civil servants
To access these services, log in to the E-Mongolia system with your account and enter the service name in the search field.
By digitizing these services for civil servants, it is now easier to quickly access vital services, ensure transparency, and obtain necessary information without the need for citizens to submit additional details.
Looking ahead, further efforts will be made to digitize more priority services for civil servants.
