Manage Your Business Directly from Your Mobile Phone
The mobile application of the unified government service platform for entrepreneurs, E-Business, officially launched on January 30, 2026. As a result, business-related government services that were previously available only through the web portal can now be accessed anytime and anywhere through a mobile phone.
Launched by the “E-Mongolia Academy” SOE on April 6, 2023, the E-Business platform has now entered its third year of providing digital government services for entrepreneurs and continuously introducing digital transformation into daily business operations.
The E-Business system is a comprehensive solution that enables businesses to access essential government services required for establishing and operating enterprises in one place. These services include:
- Verifying legal entity names
- Registering with the state registration system
- Registering asset lists
- Obtaining digital certificates
- Submitting seal control forms
- Applying for and renewing all types of permits By centralizing these core business-related services on a single platform, the system makes the process of starting and expanding a business more understandable, organized, and streamlined.
With the launch of the E-Business mobile application, entrepreneurs can now access public services quickly from anywhere at any time while also managing their business operations more flexibly and efficiently.
According to research, an average of 1,540 legal entities are newly established each month in Mongolia, with 72.8 percent registered in Ulaanbaatar and 27.2 percent in rural areas. This demonstrates the growing need to provide equal access to business-related government services digitally, regardless of location. To date, the E-Business platform has served hundreds of thousands of users and successfully delivered 437,274 services across 953 service types.

These features are aimed at significantly saving time and costs for entrepreneurs while reducing bureaucracy in public services.
In addition, the E-Business mobile application encourages entrepreneurs to take ownership of and responsibly manage their business information, while reducing direct dependency on government officials. It also creates conditions for conducting business operations in a more transparent and independent manner. This serves as a practical foundation for advancing Mongolia’s business ecosystem to the next stage.
