The unified government service platform “E-Business,” designed for entrepreneurs and business entities, is entering a new stage and preparing to officially launch its mobile version on January 30 of this year. Previously available only as a web portal, the system has now been upgraded with a mobile application, representing an important innovation aimed at improving the accessibility, transparency, and efficiency of public services.
The “E-Business” platform enables entrepreneurs to access all government services from a single platform.
With the introduction of the mobile version, the following new advantages will become available:
- Access government services anytime and anywhere through a mobile phone;
- Monitor service progress, payments, and notifications in real time
- Verify certificates and official references issued by the system using QR codes
- Directly download digital certificates and copies of company charters for legal entities
These features represent an important step toward significantly reducing the time and costs associated with starting and operating a business. Since the launch of the E-Business platform, approximately 186,000 users have been using the system in their daily operations, demonstrating its practical value and growing demand.
In addition, the E-Business system has important policy significance in simplifying the process of establishing legal entities, digitalizing government-business relations, increasing transparency, reducing the informal economy, and expanding the tax base.
The ability for business owners to quickly access government-registered information, permits, and references related to their companies through a single system is considered a major improvement that provides real support for small and medium-sized enterprises. Sector experts believe this development will play an important role in bringing government services closer to citizens and creating a more business-friendly, simple, and transparent ecosystem for entrepreneurs.
