Nationwide military registration for 2026 officially began today (2026.01.02). The updated military registration will be conducted from January 2, 2026, to February 10, 2026.
Under Mongolian law, male citizens aged 18–50, reserve officers up to the age of 65, and women with military-registered professions are required to register once a year.
- • Senior officers (Generals): up to 65
- • Field officers: up to 60
- • Company-grade officers and warrant officers: up to 55
- • Female officers, warrant officers, soldiers, and sergeants (civilians): up to 50
Military registration for 2026 will be conducted on different schedules by province and the capital city. To access the service, log in to the E-Mongolia system using your registered account and search for “Military Registration” in the service search bar.
Important Notes When Submitting a Registration Request:
- • Citizens under 18 who have not yet received a military ID must register in person at their local khoroo/bag office.
- • If a military ID has been lost or not issued, the individual must visit the Military Headquarters of their province or district to obtain one.
- • Citizens who have changed their address must verify their relocation and complete registration at the Military Headquarters of their current residence.

Important Notes When Submitting a Registration Request:
- • Military ID;
- • National ID card;
- • If the individual cannot attend in person, a family member may complete the registration on their behalf and have it officially recorded.
In accordance with Mongolian law, all citizens subject to military registration are required to actively participate within the designated period and fulfill their civic duty.
