A public survey on the 'National Wealth Fund' has started through the E-Mongolia system
A public survey has now started on how to accumulate additional income in their personal accounts. The survey is being jointly conducted by the “E-Mongolia Academy” and the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Protection. It is available through the E-Mongolia web portal and mobile platforms from May 12 to May 23.
- Whether to support accumulating the child money allowance into the personal savings account;
- Whether to support accumulating the Value-Added Tax (VAT) refund into the personal savings account;
- Whether to support accumulating the Personal Income Tax (PIT) refund into the personal savings account;
- Whether to support accumulating dividends from Erdenes Tavantolgoi JSC into the personal savings account.
We encourage all citizens to actively participate in this important survey, which aims to ensure the fair formation and effective use of the National Wealth Fund. Your participation will play a valuable role in shaping the future distribution of Mongolia’s national wealth.

You can now order your driver's license through the E-Mongolia system and deliver it to your home
There is no longer a need to wait in long queues or visit government offices to apply for a driver’s license. In today’s fast-evolving digital era, you can conveniently order your driver’s license through the E-Mongolia system, all you need is a mobile phone and an internet connection.
Services available through the E-Mongolia System:
- Applying for a New Driver’s License:
- Citizens who have passed the official driving test can order their driver's license through the E-Mongolia system.
- To do so, they must first submit required documents such as the evaluation sheet and photo to their driving school in advance.
- Once the information has been verified and the status is marked as “Confirmed,” users can proceed with their online application.
- Reissue, renewal, or Replacement:
- If your driver’s license has been lost, expired, or needs to be replaced, you can apply directly through the E-Mongolia platform.
- Correction and reprint due to incorrect information:
- If your driver's license contains incorrect personal details (e.g., surname, first name, national ID number, or blood type), you can correct the relevant fields during the reapplication process and order an updated license.

Increasing accessibility to government digital services
To make public services easier, more accessible, and closer to citizens, the “E-Mongolia Academy” is placing greater emphasis on raising awareness and providing training about the digital services currently available on the E-Mongolia platform.
As part of this effort, joint meetings were organized this week with the media and communications officers from the Civil Service Council, the General Executive Agency of Court Decisions, the General Authority for Education, and the General Department of Customs. During the meetings, participants discussed the progress of digital transformation in public services, the introduction of new technologies, strategies to effectively promote these services to the public, and plans for expanding future collaboration. Plans were also drawn up to ensure the effective implementation of these initiatives.

The “E-Mongolia Academy” and the Second State Central Hospital have launched a long-term strategic partnership and signed a MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) on May 16, 2025. This memorandum aims to accelerate the digitalization of healthcare services, create new development opportunities based on the organization’s internal resources and capacities, and support a comprehensive policy to protect the health of staff.
Within the framework of cooperation:
- Develop health education programs for the public and deliver training and awareness content;
- Regularly organize IT training and provide guidance for healthcare sector staff;
- Improve digital services such as online appointment booking, notifications, and reminders to be more accessible and user-centered;
- Provide professional advice and support for the implementation and use of the unified ERP system in government agencies;
- Facilitate annual preventive health check-ups and MRI diagnostics for all employees of the “E-Mongolia Academy” and explore ways to offer healthcare services at discounted rates.

A training session on “Sustainable Development Goals” was organized for the staff of the “E-Mongolia Academy”
Training on communication skills and body language based on international experience is another important step toward improving the quality of government digital services.
The “E-Mongolia Academy” continues to consistently organize training and activities to enhance the knowledge and skills of its staff. This time, Ms. A.Ninjin, a local advisor of the Worldwide Fund for Nature (WWF) in Mongolia, conducted a training session for the staff of the “E-Mongolia Academy” on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), communication skills, and body language, followed by an open discussion.

- General Department of Social Insurance A total of 537 civil servants and 25 senior citizens enhanced their digital skills through 7 training sessions totaling 13 hours. The training covered key topics such as child protection in the digital environment, technology-based communication, use of the E-Mongolia system, content creation using artificial intelligence, the integrated ERP system for internal operations of government organizations, and E-MONGOLIA. These sessions were delivered in both in-person and online formats to build capacity effectively.
