Access your credit information reference in one minute through the E-Mongolia system

A credit information reference is a document that contains information about an individual’s or an enterprise’s credit history and information related to the fulfillment of their financial obligations.
Specifically, credit information references are essential for banks and non-bank financial institutions (NBFI) when assessing an individual’s creditworthiness and making loan decisions. They are also widely used across various sectors related to financial capability, such as purchasing real estate, vehicles, or traveling abroad. These references include the types and classifications of credit accounts, outstanding balances, payment history, and personal information of both parties.
Citizens and enterprises can obtain their credit information references through the following channels:
Online:
- Log in to the E-Mongolia system and select "BurenScore" or "SainScore" credit information services to get the reference;
- Access the system using your personal account;
- In the service search section, type "Credit Information Reference" to quickly find and access the service;
- The service fee is 1,000 MNT.
In person:
- Use self-service kiosks (Khurdan, Gerege) and select BurenScore or SainScore to get the reference;
- Visit your bank or a financial institution that provides credit services and request a reference in person by presenting your ID to the credit information officer responsible.
Information on an individual’s or enterprise’s loans, payments, and any updates or changes is submitted to the Credit Information Database within three working days, and the data is updated immediately. Fully paid loan and payment information is retained for 10 years, while information on unpaid or ongoing loans and payments is stored indefinitely.

Thank you for your attention!
