Department for the Coordination of E-Development Policy Implementation of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Communications and the “E-Mongolia Academy” organized a joint meeting.

The head of the Department for the Coordination of E-Development Policy Implementation of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Communications B.Bat-Ulzii, analysts and experts from the E-Governance Division organized a joint meeting with the “E-Mongolia Academy” During the meeting, the activities of the “E-Mongolia Academy”, as well as the process of developing and implementing system, were reviewed, existing issues were discussed, and cooperation was expressed in the direction of further solving problems, effectively implementing developments and innovations, and taking necessary measures.
MoU signed between “E-Mongolia Academy” and General Executive Agency of Court Decision (GEACD).

The “E-Mongolia Academy” has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the General Executive Agency of Court Decision (GEACD). The objective of the Partnership aims to improve the digital skills of the officers of the (GEACD), to develop necessary system development, as part of the joint dissemination of operational information, to cooperate in the field of information and communication technology (ICT) training and methology, to exchange experiences, to organize public events, and to expand the cooperation between the parties.
“E-Mongolia Academy” will Collaborate with Republic of India to empower Digital Human Resource Development (DHRD) and information technology (IT)

The meeting involved discussions on enhancing civil servants' knowledge and skills in alignment with international standards, strengthening human resource potential, and broadening collaboration in Information Technology and IT systems. Both parties agreed to share best practices, execute a joint program within the planned timeframe, and facilitate expert participation in training and activities.
The unit of the General Executive Agency of Court Decision has organized training for officials of the organizations.

In collaboration with the General Executive Agency of Court Decision and organization, it is planned to organize 20 training sessions for 1,762 officials from 58 branches and units in 2025. As part of the above work, training to enhance the digital skills of officers, senior and employees of the organizations under the General Executive Agency for Court Decisions is being organized on the topics of "Digital Development Laws" and "Information Security," with active participation from the civil servants.

94% of adult citizens of the Orkhon province are registered with the E-Mongolia system. Bayan-Ondor soum has the highest number of users, received digital services 2,413,549 times. 79% of adult citizens of the Ovorkhangai province use the E-Mongolia system. Arvaikheer soum has the highest number of users, received 688,990 services. 87% of adult citizens of the Omnogobi province use the E-Mongolia system. Dalanzadgad soum has the highest number of users, received digital services 734,709 times. 68% of adult citizens of the Sukhbaatar province are registered in the E-Mongolia system. Baruun-Urt soum has the highest number of users, received 355,222 services. 83% of adult citizens of the Gobi-Altai province are registered in the E-Mongolia system. Yesunbulag soum has the highest number of users, received 372,825 services.
