The focus will be on the quality, rather than the quantity, of services being digitized within the E-Mongolia system
Currently, the E-Mongolia system, developed by the "E-Mongol Academy" state owned enterprise, includes 1,264 services from 88 organizations. Some of these services remain unknown or underutilized by citizens, as identified through research. To address this, greater attention will be given to increasing awareness and usage. Efforts are being made to strengthen collaboration with relevant government and non-governmental organizations providing these services. As part of this initiative, meetings were held this week with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, the General Authority for Border Protection, and the General Authority for National Registration to exchange ideas and discuss ways to enhance cooperation.
