Meeting with Seungwan Che, General Director of KOTRA Ulaanbaatar, South Korea

It is now possible to report crimes and violations to the police via “E-Mongolia” system

“E-Mongolia Academy” state owned enterprise, is collaborating with law enforcement to improve public awareness and support efforts aimed at preventing crimes and violations. By partnering with the National Police Agency’s Information, Analysis, and Rapid Management Center, citizens can now submit reports about crimes and violations electronically.

Previously, this service was available as a submenu on the E-Mongolia homepage. However, it is now fully integrated as a primary service.

Upon accessing the service, users will first see the status and resolution of any petitions or complaints they have submitted. This information will not be visible the first time a report is made, but will become accessible after submission.

To access the service, log in to the E-Mongolia system using your account and search for the service “Reporting Crimes and Violations to the Police”.

We encourage all citizens to report crimes and violations to the police immediately to help prevent potential risks.

Thank you for your attention!
