Exploring Kazakhstan's E-Governance Experience 

 On January 30-31, 2025, the leadership and representatives of the "E-Mongolia Academy" state owned enterprise visited the State Service Center in Almaty, Kazakhstan, to gain insights into the country's e-governance practices. The primary goal of the visit was to enhance government services in both nations by exchanging knowledge and learning from Kazakhstan's best practices and innovations in digital governance. 

Mongolia and Uzbekistan to Strengthen E-Governance Cooperation 

On February 1, 2025, during the Digital Almaty 2025 forum in Almaty, the "E-Mongolia Academy" state owned enterprise and UZINFOCOM, the agency responsible for digitalizing state services in the Republic of Uzbekistan, signed a Memorandum of Understanding. This agreement focuses on expanding collaboration in key areas such as artificial intelligence, digital government services, and cybersecurity. It also aims to facilitate joint training initiatives and foster the exchange of knowledge and best practices between the two nations. 

E-Mongolia System Usage Continues to Increase 

As of January 2025, a total of 3,063,567 government services have been successfully accessed through the E-Mongolia system. The system saw the registration of 20,015 new users, bringing the total number of registered users to 1,971,369. Of these, 40%, or 780,431 individuals, are actively using the platform to access government services. 

Representatives from South Korea's "Nice Information Service" and Korea University Explore the E-Mongolia System 

Representatives from South Korea's "Nice Information Service" and Korea University, one of the country's top universities, visited the "E-Mongolia Academy" state owned enterprise. During their visit, they gained insights into the operations of the E-Mongolia system and examined its technological solutions and innovations.

Meeting Held to Enhance Accessibility of Government Services 

A collaborative meeting was held between the Ministry of Roads and Transport, its affiliated organizations; including the National Road Transport Center, the Road Transport Development Center, and the Maritime Administration of Mongolia—and the leadership of the "E-Mongolia Academy" state owned enterprise. The meeting focused on improving the quality and accessibility of government services and strengthening cooperation between government and non-government organizations. Various proposals were exchanged to further enhance the efficiency and reach of public services.
