As part of its mission to enhance the digital skills of the general public, the "E-Mongol Academy" state owned enterprise, undertakes a wide range of research and academic initiatives in the fields of education, scientific research, and analysis.
In line with this objective, Dr. V. Lut-Öchir, Head of the Training Department at the "E-Mongol Academy" state owned enterprise, and a doctoral candidate, presented a paper titled “The ICT Competence Framework for Formal and Non-formal Educational Training in Mongolia” at the International Symposium on Computer Science and Educational Technology, held in Germany. The scholarly work was highly regarded and subsequently published in the IEEE Xplore journal, which is indexed in SCOPUS.
This publication is particularly significant as it represents the first research article from the "E-Mongol Academy" SOE to be published in an international journal indexed in SCOPUS.
It is also noteworthy that IEEE Xplore is one of the most highly cited journals globally in the fields of electrical engineering, computer science, and related disciplines. The journal contains over 6 million documents and other materials, making it a premier platform for disseminating world-class research and academic work.
