The E-Mongolia system offers electronic access to 1,263 services across 87 organizations

The minister of digital development, innovation and communication, Ts.Baatarkhuu, visited the activities of the E-Mongolia academy” a state-owned enterprise

Tsend Baatarkhuu was appointed as Minister of the Ministry of the Digital Development, Innovation and Communication by the Decree No.21 of the Prime Minister of Mongolia on July 10, 2024. As part of his new function as Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Communication, he met with the leadership and staff of the Ministry’s subordinate and sectoral organizations to review the current status of ongoing projects and future plans, providing guidance and engaging in discussions.

As part of the step-by-step review of the activities of affiliated departments, today, on August 22 2024, the activities of the “E-Mongolia Academy” a state-owned enterprise, were reviewed, and meeting was held with the leadership and staff.

The meeting was attended by Ts.Baatarkhuu, Minister of the Ministry of the Digital Development, Innovation and Communication, representees from the department, the Director of “E-Mongolia Academy” a state-owned enterprise, B.Myagmarnaran and heads of various departments.

During the meeting, “E-Mongolia Academy” a state-owned enterprise, and its personel were especially commended for their outstanding work and dedication in fulfilling their responsibilities. Additionally, discussions were held regarding the potential transfer of certain services from the “E-Mongolia” system to the private sector, the intensification of training programs for local citizens, the monitoring and improvement of system performance during peak periods, the contribution to the development of the innovation ecosystem, and the integration of all services into the daily lives of citizens. The Minister emphasized his commitment to enhancing the legal framework to create more opportunities and facilitate further progress.
