E-Mongolia Platform has started serving to the foreigners and tourists residing in Mongolia for official or personal purposes through the F-Register. F-Register is registration number consisting of country code, date of birth and gender for foreign citizens residing or traveling in Mongolia.
By accessing the E-Mongolia application, foreign citizens can query addresses, establish legal entities, submit permit requests electronically, and track their company's information when doing business, investing, and engaging in other activities in Mongolia.
The most necessary information such as address inquiry, contacting the Foreigners Nationality Office, and viewing emergency numbers are available in English in the “Foreign” of the E-Mongolia platform.
How to get a F-Registration?
Within 24 hours after entering Mongolia, the foreigner will be issued a 13-digit registration number (F registration) based on registration. They can also send their passport photo to support@immigration.gov.mn to receive it in a short time. If a foreign citizen fills in the information correctly, they will immediately receive the 13-digit F-Registration number at every location.
