Representatives of E-Mongolia Academy participated in the “Smart city - 2023” forum which was organized under the slogan “City of Tomorrow” in Darkhan city on June 23, 2023.
Discussions and meetings were organized to ensure the implementation of the policy document "E-Province", its supported by the Government of Mongolia, and aimed to provide professional and methodological support for the development of regional and local policy documents, projects and programs.
Javkhlan Bold, Member of Parliament and Minister of Finance, Battsetseg Bataa, State Secretary of the Ministry of Digital development and communications participated in the discussion and Myagmarnaran Bavuujav, Director General of "E-Mongolia Academy made a presentation titled as “E-Mongolia 3.0 and digital literacy of public".
During this forum, representatives of E-Mongolia Academy participated in the joint exhibition which was organized by public and private sector organizations in the field of communication and information technology, and provided information about the Academy’s activities and its systems for delivering public service.
Also, Tuguldur Otgonbaatar, Project Manager of Department for the Inter-sectoral Coordination, held training on "E-Mongolia and E-Business" and Bilguun Otgonbaatar, trainer of the Department for Digital literacy, held training on "E-Citizen and e-Government" for more than 250 government officials.
The forum was jointly organized by the Ministry of Digital Development and Communications, Governor's Office of the Darkhan-Uul Province, and “Friendship" project by the European Union in cooperation with Government of Mongolia, which aims to support the social and economic development of Darkhan-Uul Province, and representatives of 21 provinces participated in this event.
