E-Mongolia Academy in cooperation with the Governor office of Govisumber province organized the capacity building traning for officials of State owned enterprises of Govisumber province which held on 15-16, June.
Tuguldur Otgonbaatar, project manager, Budnyam Gankhuyag, process analyst, and expert Enkh-Amar Batbold of the Department for Intersectoral coordination of E-Mongolia Academy, provided training on the usage of integrated EPR system and gave practical instructions and recommendations. The training was organized in two stages and 248 officials from 59 SOE’s have participated.
The purpose of the training is to ensure the promptness of government activities, to introduce the integrated ERP system for daily operation of local government organizations of Govisumber province, and to digitalize the official records.
During the training, 152 officials had been involved in survey and 30.9% of them did not use the ERP system regularly for their daily work, and 39.7% of them had advanced level of knowledge about ERP system. After the training, 80% of the participants in the training evaluated the training result is good, 16.5% of them answered it’s average, and 96.9% of participants answered that they received all the information they wanted to know.
Also, participants mentioned that ERP system was useful for between government organizations and expressed to receive training course regularly.
