Selenge province rank second by accessing E-Mongolia system

Management level staff meeting was held On February 8, with the participants from the Local Governor’s office, Executes of State owned enterprises of Selenge province and Governors of Soums. Representatives from "E-Mongolia Academy" participated in the meeting and Budnyam Gankhuyag, process analyst of the Department for Intersectoral Coordination, made a presentation on "E-Governance". 

During this meeting, the operator of the integrated service center of Sukhbaatar district of Selenge province and the decision-making staff of 14 organizations that provide 69 services introduced in the system in 2021 by the province gave professional and methodological advice. Also, He provided professional and methodological advice for the operator of the Integrated Service Center of Sukhbaatar soum and the employees of 14 organizations of Selenge province that are introduced 69 services in the system.  

Within concept of the "Digital Model Province" that is implemented by the Ministry of Digital development and communications, Selenge Province has declared 2023 year as " The Year of e-Development with Citizen Participation" and is implementing to lead in e-transition process. 

Since the launch of the E-Mongolia system, 54,000 citizens of Selenge province have received 824,696 successful services, which is rank second among 21 provinces. Citizens of Selenge Province have received the following TOP 10 services from the E-Mongolia system. It includes:

  • Reference on Payment of Social Insurance 
  • Vaccination certificate 
  • Reference of Identity card 
  • Reference on Address registration of citizen 
  • Information on Driver 
  • Information on Traffic fines 
  • Reference on Loan (citizen)
  • Reference on Driving license points 
  • Reference on Property ownership 
  • Reference on Health insurance payments
