When the E-Mongolia system was first introduced, it provided electronic access to 181 services from 23 organizations. Today, the system has expanded to offer 1,264 services from 88 organizations, making government services more accessible, faster, and easier for citizens.
As of January 2025, a total of 20,015 new users have registered on the system, bringing the total number of registered users to 1,971,369. Of these, 780,431 individuals, or 40% of all users, have actively utilized the system to access government services electronically. In just this month, 3,063,567 services have been successfully delivered.
Since its implementation, the E-Mongolia system has saved a total of 1.35 trillion MNT in indirect costs. In the first month of 2025 alone, the system contributed to savings of 61.1 billion MNT.
