The E-Mongolia Academy and the General Executive Agency of Court Decisions signed a memorandum of cooperation to strengthen coordination between government institutions, improve the digital skills of public servants, and collaborate on developing public services based on advanced technologies.
This renewed memorandum is particularly significant because it follows the expiration of the previous cooperation agreement. The parties reviewed the implementation results and achievements of the earlier memorandum and decided to expand and elevate their collaboration to the next level through a renewed agreement.
The memorandum was signed by M. Battulga, Director of the E-Mongolia Academy, and A. Namsamand, Director of the General Executive Agency of Court Decisions, PhD and Colonel. The parties agreed to cooperate in the following areas:
Scope of Cooperation:
- Jointly organize in-person and online training programs to improve the knowledge and digital governance skills of officers and employees within the court decision enforcement organization in the fields of advanced technologies and digital governance
- Organize advanced in-person and online information security training programs aimed at improving the professional knowledge and technical skills of communications and information technology engineers
- Increase the accessibility of services provided by the court decision enforcement organization through the unified government service system E-Mongolia, introduce new services related to prison sentence enforcement, and establish integration with necessary systems
- Conduct regular meetings to evaluate the progress of joint training programs and activities, disseminate related information and content through social media, and plan future cooperation activities
This cooperation will build upon previous achievements and experiences in a more systematic and results-oriented manner. It is expected to contribute meaningful progress toward improving the quality and accessibility of public services while making the operations of the court decision enforcement sector more transparent and efficient.
Furthermore, improving information coordination between government organizations will help reduce service processing times and bureaucratic procedures for citizens, creating a stronger foundation for achieving practical results in Mongolia’s digital transformation efforts.
