In 2025, the E-Mongolia Academy has expanded its cooperation with the police department to support the digital transformation of government, digitize public services and operations, introduce new technologies, and prevent crimes and violations. One of the key and effective initiatives in preventing crime is the implementation of video surveillance equipment — a unified CCTV system. Since 2023, it has become possible to submit requests for police feedback regarding the installation of video surveillance equipment through the E-Mongolia and E-Business systems.
Since the launch of this service:
- 6,383 requests via the E-Mongolia system
- 1,708 requests via the E-Business system and a total of 8,091 requests were successfully processed.
The service is used by both citizens and enterprises, and available through the E-Mongolia and E-Business systems. A key feature of the service is to include the required documentation when applying for or renewing various types of special permits, if the submitted request receives approval, the applicant can enter the approved request number when submitting an online application for a new or renewed special permit via the website service.ulaanbaatar.mn and the feedback file issued by the police department will automatically retrieved and attached.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING A REQUEST TO OBTAIN FEEDBACK FROM THE POLICE REGARDING THE INSTALLATION OF CCTV /via E-Mongolia/
- Log in to the E-Mongolia system using your account.
- In the "Services" section, search for "Police recommendation regarding installation of video recording equipment."
- Click the "Request Service" button and select your province in the category section.
- Then, fill in the application fields, enter your legal entity information, and attach the required documents.
- After entering your contact information, your request will be submitted.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING A REQUEST TO OBTAIN FEEDBACK FROM THE POLICE REGARDING THE INSTALLATION OF CCTV /via E-Business/
- Log in to the E-Business system using the company director’s account and use the organization’s e-sign.
- From the main menu in the upper left corner, select “View all services”, in the search section fill “Video Recording Equipment” to display all related services.
- From the list, choose the service titled “Police recommendation regarding installation of CCTV”, then select your province or region and click “Request service”.
- Fill in the application form for legal entity information and continue.
- In the next step, under the document attachment section, upload PDF files of your company’s official request letter, business license, special permit (if any), and state registration certificate.
- After filling out your contact information, your request will be successfully submitted.
Your request will be processed within 5 working days. You can check the status of your submitted requests in the "Requests" section of your profile in the E-Business system.
