Meeting with Seungwan Che, General Director of KOTRA Ulaanbaatar, South Korea

The meeting aimed at strengthening collaboration with government agencies is ongoing

The "E-Mongol Academy" state owned enterprise has integrated a total of 1,264 services from 88 organizations into the E-Mongolia system. However, some of these services remain largely unknown or underutilized by citizens. Based on research, it has been observed that certain services are not frequently accessed, highlighting the need for further attention. To address this issue, the "E-Mongol Academy" has initiated a series of meetings to strengthen collaboration with government entities that provide these services. On January 23, 2025, a meeting was held with personnel from the General Authority for Border Protection to exchange feedback and discuss potential improvements.

From the perspective of the General Authority for Border Protection, some services, such as certificates for completed military service, border entry clearance for citizens, and travel permits for border zones, are in high demand. These services experience fluctuations in demand depending on seasonal factors or specific circumstances. Additionally, many citizens are either unaware of the electronic services offered through the E-Mongolia system or have not yet developed the capacity to fully utilize them. As such, it is imperative to prioritize enhancing citizens' digital literacy and ensuring that information is disseminated efficiently and promptly.

Looking ahead, the "E-Mongol Academy" state owned enterprise, will continue to organize a series of meetings to further reinforce cooperation with relevant government agencies. These efforts are aimed at increasing accessibility and simplifying the use of services for citizens, as highlighted by B. Myagmarnaran, Director of the "E-Mongol Academy" state owned enterprise.

Thank you for your attention!
