E-MONGOLIA SYSTEM WILL PRIORITIZE THE QUALITY OF DIGITAL SERVICES OVER QUANTITY

Currently, the E-Mongolia system, developed by the "E- Mongolia Academy" state-owned enterprise, integrates a total of 1,264 services across 88 different organizations. However, certain services remain underutilized or insufficiently recognized by the public, as revealed through recent research. Going forward, the primary focus will be on improving the quality and reach of these services. To achieve this, a series of collaborative meetings will be organized to strengthen partnerships with both governmental and non-governmental entities responsible for service delivery.

The Ministry of Environment and Tourism (MOET) has made 98 services available on the E-Mongolia platform. However, it has been observed that over 40 of these services remain inactive. In response to this concern, a meeting was convened on January 21, 2025, involving key stakeholders, including G. Enkhmunkh, Director of the Department of Environmental Policy Implementation at The Ministry of Environment and Tourism, B. Myagmarnaran, Director of "E-Mongolia Academy" state owned enterprise, N. Turbat, Director of the Training and Public Relations Department, along with other relevant officials. The purpose of the meeting was to identify solutions and enhance collaboration for the more efficient delivery of services.

During the meeting, representatives from MOET shared constructive feedback regarding the system's performance, challenges, and potential areas for improvement. The discussions centered on ensuring that all services are thoroughly evaluated, thus increasing their accessibility and ensuring they meet the evolving needs of citizens.

Looking ahead, the "E-Mongol Academy" state owned enterprise, will continue to organize a series of meetings to further reinforce cooperation with relevant government agencies. These efforts are aimed at increasing accessibility and simplifying the use of services for citizens, as highlighted by B. Myagmarnaran, Director of the "E-Mongol Academy" state owned enterprise.
