The request for the registration of the student-soldier will be accepted trough “E-Mongolia” application, the website www.e-mongolia.mn, and the operators of the “Khurdan” service centers.
In previous years, only students from Ulaanbaatar Universities were able to register online. However, this year is special because undergraduate students from local universities can also register online.
According to the training regulations for providing military profession to the "Student Soldier" approved by Resolution No. 32 of the Government of Mongolia on January 25, 2017, students applying must meet the following requirements.
These includes:
- Must be a 1st-year undergraduate student at ah accredited university in the capital city of Ulaanbaatar or in the local area.
- GPA above 2.8
- Must be 18 years old before June 15, 2024
- Must paid the health insurance
However, those who study in colleges and vocational schools must go to the military headquarters of the Governor of their province and district and register.
This course, which was first implemented in 2014, has included more than 7,000 students from capital and local universities, colleges, vocational training, and industrial centers, and registered them as first-class military personnel.
