E-Mongolia Academy in cooperation with Ministry of Digital development and communications, General authority for Archives and National park of Information and technology has organized training courses for stationary and information technology staff and employees of 16 ministries and 37 implementing agencies on receiving and verifying official letters, drafting official letters according to standards and sending e-docs by using digital signature.
The training was integrated theory with practice and held on May 19 and 23 in the classroom, as well as on May 22 and 24, 2023 by online.
The training content was as following as:
- E-governance
- E-development package laws
- Digital signatures and its use
- Information security
- The use of DOCX system for official document exchange
- E-system usage of official documents
Government organizations use 6 types of official letter exchange systems and its work in different ways when sending the letters.
Therefore, recommendations and advice for connecting to the DOCX system of official document exchange have been delivered to representatives of the organization that have not yet connected.
