Working group of E-Mongolia Academy has worked in Darkhan-Uul, Orkhon and Selenge provinces from March 27 to April 2, 2023.
During the this period, operators of the Department of the Public digital service have been authorized to access the public service operator systemhttps://www.operator.e-mongolia.mn), conducted a training on how to use the system and digital literacy for citizen as well as provided professional advice.
A total of 39 employees included 32 operators of the Department of the Public digital service, 5 operators of the "E-Mongolia" center, and 2 operators of "Mongolian Post" Joint stock company were provided in training. Thus, citizens of Darkhan-Uul, Orkhon, and Selenge provinces are able to receive 1284 local government services and 440 services of public organizations through the "KHURDAN" points.
Also, in cooperation with the Lifelong Education Center of the provinces, a training course was organized to improve the digital literacy of local citizens.
212 citizens participated in the training and provided a general knowlegde about information security and e-citizen.
Based on the practice-based training, citizens gained knowledge about how to use E-Mongolia portal and digital signatures.
