As of the first quarter of this year, citizens and legal entities can be accessed 830 services of 71 organizations from E-Mongolia system. Citizens mostly received the reference of social security contributions.
73% of Mongolia's adult citizens or 1.5 million users are registered in the E-Mongolia system, and 1.3 million citizens use the mobile application regularly.
Users saved a total of 202 billion MNT by receiving 23.7 million successful services from E-Mongolia platform. For example:
- The cost of traveling to and from government organizations is 73.7 billion
- The cost of documents that required to obtain services is 1 billion MNT
- 127.3 billion MNT was saved in time spent on receiving services.
According to the law on Transparency of public information, if the data controller sends or transmits the data to a third party, a notification would be sent to the data owner. Therefore, a total of 18,846,662 notifications were sent through push notification, national e-mail, and personal e-mail addresses.
