Meeting with Seungwan Che, General Director of KOTRA Ulaanbaatar, South Korea

A training session on “Sustainable Development Goals” was organized for the staff of the “E-Mongolia Academy”

Training on communication skills and body language based on international experience is another important step toward improving the quality of government digital services.

The “E-Mongolia Academy” continues to organize staged training and educational activities to enhance the knowledge and skills of its staff. This time, A.Ninjin, a consultant responsible for issues in Mongolia at the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), conducted a training session and open discussion on “Sustainable Development Goals” (SDGs), communication skills, and body language for the staff of the “E-Mongolia Academy”.

During the training, participants were introduced to how international sustainable development policies and goals impact day-to-day work and service quality. An active discussion took place on topics such as organizational culture, ethics in customer service, and the influence of body language.

As a result of organizing this training:

  • It creates the conditions for integrating the fundamental concepts and principles of sustainable development into the workflow of civil servants.
  • Employees gain and develop soft skills based on human development.
  • It contributes to the establishment of a more responsible, transparent, and respectful standard of public service.

Further, similar training courses and meetings aimed at enhancing skills and improving service quality will continue to be regularly organized in collaboration with both domestic and international organizations.

Thank you for your attention!
