Representatives of the "E-Mongol Academy" State-Owned Enterprise visited the State Service Center in Almaty, Kazakhstan, where they engaged in an exchange of experiences regarding e-governance practices in the Republic of Kazakhstan

On January 30-31, 2025, representatives of the "E-Mongol Academy" state owned enterprise, along with its leadership, visited the State Service Center in Almaty, Kazakhstan, to examine the country’s e-governance practices. The primary objective of this visit was to facilitate mutual learning between the two nations on enhancing public services, while also fostering an exchange of knowledge on the best practices and innovative approaches in e-governance.

Kazakhstan has implemented its e-governance platform, gov.kz, which enables the delivery of a wide array of public services in a swift and efficient manner. The State Service Center in Almaty plays a central role in the country's e-governance framework, providing citizens with both electronic and in-person services, including a variety of certificates, references, statements, and payment services. In recent years, the center has integrated advanced technologies such as automated systems, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning to enhance the speed and accessibility of services provided to citizens.

A distinguishing feature of this e-governance system is its significant contribution to expanding access to digital services for residents in remote areas and rural regions, thereby ensuring that all citizens can benefit from government services. During the visit, the delegation gained insight into Kazakhstan’s ongoing e-governance initiatives, particularly the use of biometric data, AI, and other advanced technologies to expedite service delivery, forecast needs, and improve service quality.

This visit serves as an important step in strengthening bilateral cooperation between Kazakhstan and Mongolia. It lays the groundwork for further collaboration in the field of e-governance, highlighting the importance of shared expertise in advancing digital transformation within both countries.
