Military registration for 2025 begins on the E-Mongolia system

In accordance with section 4.4 of Article 4 of the Military Service Law and Order No. A/331 issued by the Minister of Defense in 2017, which approves the “Regulations on Military Registration” necessary preparations are made each year. s  

The military registration for 2025 started nationwide on December 10, 2024. The period for updating military records for 2025 will be from December 10, 2024, to February 15, 2025.  

To access this service, simply log into the "E-Mongolia" system using your personal credentials, search for the service titled "Military Registration," and submit your request for the 2025 military registration.  

Mongolian citizens aged 18 to 50, reserve officers up to the age of 65, and women with military qualifications must register once a year. For example: 

  • Senior Officer (General) – 65 years old 
  • Senior Officer – 60 years old 
  • Mid-level Officer, Sergeant – 55 years old 
  • Female Officer, Sergeant, Soldier, or Citizen – 50 years old 

Military registration for 2025 will take place on specific dates for each province and the capital city.  

When submitting your registration request, please pay attention to the following points: 

  • Citizens under 18 who do not yet have a military registration card must go in person to their local district or neighborhood to register. 
  • In case of a lost or missing military registration card, you must go in person to the Military Headquarters of your district or province to obtain the card. 
  • Citizens who have changed their address must go to the Military Headquarters of their new district or province of residence to validate their change of address and complete the registration. 

You can check the status of your military registration request in the "Notifications" section of the E-Mongolia system. 

If you are unable to complete your military registration online, you must go to your district's Military Headquarters and provide the following documents:

  • Military registration card 
  • Civilian ID card 
  • If the concerned person is unable to be present, a family member can go on their behalf to finalize the registration and make the necessary entry in the register. 

Make sure to actively participate in your military registration.
