At the regular Government meeting on November 08, 2023, the topic "The possibility of a payment system using the integrated public services system" was discussed. At the end of the meeting, it was decided that the payment system, which uses an integrated public services system, would be introduced in cooperation with the private sector. Therefore, special permitted entities are invited to jointly create the possibility of payment using the Integrated public service system (E-Mongolia) and to implement the payment system (E-wallet) with the cooperation of E-Mongolia Academy SOE.
Legal entities interested in must send their work experience information, special permits and cooperation offers to info@ema.gov.mn or in writing by December 11, 2023.
Note: According to the National Payment System Law, you must be a legal entity registered in Mongolia with a special permit from the Bank of Mongolia.
