Within the framework of the 'Vision-2050' long-term development policy of Mongolia and the Digital Nation-Mongolia' program, a comprehensive digitalization solution for the operations of the Altanbulag Free Zone is being implemented through a series of phased measures.
Altanbulag Free Zone have jointly implemented the following two services into the E-Business system:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. - Permit to operate tobacco sales in the Free Zone (10 working days)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. - Special license to sell and serve alcoholic beverages in the Free Zone (10 working days)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    To access the service, enterprises must log into the E-Business system, select the service name from the \u201cSpecial Licenses\u201d section on the homepage, attach the required documents as instructed, and submit the request.
    The specialist responsible for special permits will receive the application and review the submitted materials. If the requirements are met, the application of the enterprise will be decided at the Administrative Council meeting, and the special permit and payment invoice will be sent to the enterprises via the decision-making system.
    Please note that requests from entities that do not meet the requirements will be declined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    By introducing these services through the E-Business system, the process has moved from paper format to digital, making government services more accessible, transparent, and easier for investors and citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
